The Republican War on Women: An Overview

Here's a blow-by-blow account of how Republicans are waging war on women across the country and is especially germane today--International Women's Day.

Virginia is a dubious leader in the relentless Republican (and it's almost all Republican-inspired) attacke in state after state and in the halls of Congress. Today, of all days, Virginia's governor signed a bill mandating an intrusive test, one that adds cost, humiliation and intimidation, to the act of having an abortion, which is already about as traumatic as it gets.
